Welcome to the website of St. John's Wood CC, a sociable cricket club established in 1951. "The Wood" have always played sociable Sunday friendly fixtures in and around London's suburbs and the Home Counties.

In 2012 St.J.W.C.C have joined the Middlesex Sunday League, and will play their matches in Division 2. Home matches are played at privately owned grounds with excellent facilties in NW2 & NW7.

Every three years the club embarks on an overseas tour. In 2007 Menorca was conquered and in 2010 it was Ibiza. 2013 will see another tour, the venue though is still to be decided.

The club has a healthy backbone of English players and a vibrant quirky twist of Antipodean players! Every single club member (or Wooder) plays the game competitively but fairly and always to be enjoyed. We expect our opponents to adopt the same attitude.

We are always keen to welcome new members, whatever their ability. We provide some of the most enjoyable Sunday cricket in London at a bargain price.
